no way! the adsl driver that actually makes my broadband modem work with
tiger is out early. the website said july but nope, it's here.
whether it works or not is a mere 8.4mb at 3k/sec download away.
me and two thirds of the 'cursor boys mess around in cars after we ease
our way through another day of calling the dropboxes 'me drappersby'.
and the soon arrives.
monday 27th june
top day. roanne's images arrive but the text doesn't so i can't
quite start the site yet. km phones so i slide into town with the lacie
and handover the dvd and invoice and make it back to the bike shop before
it closes. oh yes. the 'qr cycle' is finished.
stripped, shot blasted, powder coated white and painted black in places.
tfft tfft indeed. everything broken has been replaced, everything
dirty is now spanikingly shiny and i have my own custom made bike. and
you know what? it's a beauty! i then went to meet teapot in the park,
which was lovely, thank you.
sunday 26th june
for the first day in ages i sit my skinny ass on the sofa and watch tv
all day long in an aaaaand relax mood. pimp my ride uk at ten is a huge
let down, mostly due to that utter spacker, 'it's straight blazin'!' westwood
attempting to be x rather than add something unique. in alex's timeless
condescending tone, one word: 'mate...' eyebrows up, eyelids down.
saturday 25th june
the groovy armada.
the armada boat party down the thames with jimbo, nev and the brighton
crew celebrating sonia's birthday with champagne as we waited on the jetty.
with the big guy's birthday, the last bar blowing the p.a. as we docked.

rough disc done and done. dvd only done, so not done at all, ay lar?
tuesday 21st june
director and mister mckiernan calls to get his dvd started. do i have
two days free to earn some money at home? well, um, yes i do. sliding
into town to meet people is pretty much de rigeur these days, and i'm
glad i bought the flat i did.
